The route and information were great. The only disappointment was the way they pick up. If they come early, they leave early instead of waiting until the scheduled time for people to arrive. We arrived 2 minutes before (4:40) pickup time (4:42) at the rose garden and could’ve heard the bell as we were coming up steps and didn’t at last pickup on Sunday, August 4. We waited until almost 5:00 and then took the shuttle to the Max and then took it back. There was no excuse for this ever happening. We noticed the next day the trolly arriving a few minutes early or late but never waiting until the scheduled time to leave when early. It should NEVER leave a stop before that scheduled time and should even allow an extra minute or 2.
