Somehow we never got the updated pick up time. We were informed to be ready between 1:15 and 2:00p. No one came so we called the number of the local company giving the tour and were told they would be there at 2:20Pm. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the guide, Stewart.
The tour and guide was very good, but the van had two languages that did not allow us to get full value. There was no effort to confirm this setup or give us options. There was no way the guide could impart all the info in the time allotted.
Ariel was an excellent tour guide! He was so knowledgeable about the history, solicitous of all his guests And their needs. All the stops were excellent!
Our guide Laura provided excellent service to us, explaining clearly to us information about the sights and moving us about the city safely.
