Full description
The journey between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap will be made on the Tonle Sap River, as well as a lake with the same name. Your journey along this river will be conducted aboard a traditional boat decorated in an “ethnic chic” style. It contains only 4 cabins and carries a maximum of 8 passengers, being powered by solar energy.

You will visit Kampong Chhnang after having cruised through a labyrinth of small arms of the river, which will see you traveling into the peaceful life of Cambodia's provincial cities. You will travel by tuk tuk for 5 kilometers from the port to see a village of traditional pottery workshops, some of which produce wares which are sold throughout Cambodia.

Later, discover the floating villages of Chnok Tru and Pak Sandey aboard a small boat of the community. These are extraordinary villages where all life is connected and takes place out on the water. Following this, your boat will seek a passage to cross from the river to the Tonle Sap Lake, a biosphere reserve recognized by UNESCO.

Later in your tour, you will be amazed by a visit by small boat to the community of the village of Kompong Kleang, perched on high stilts on the edge of the flooded forest. Each night will see you sleep comfortably in the middle of a floating village inaccessible in the middle of wilderness, where the inhabitants await the passage of your boat.
