Informative but the pen is difficult to determine whether its low batt

The people at the meeting point were friendly. They gave good instructions. However, one out of 3 pens (used for audio guide) wasn't working and we were already inside the Louvre. When I asked if I could go out, the chances of getting in again was dubious. I tried calling their hotline but no one was answering. It was good that we had 3 devices so we shared devices. We used it for 3 hours (because of course we took photos and rests in between) and had a wonderful time with their tour. Of course not all works were highlighted which made us curious if the official museum audio was better. It was a great tour with concise and noteworthy information.

We got our tickets easily as well as the audio and map. Please inform visitors that there is a deposit to be paid for the audio equipment. It was hard to follow some directions from one room to another. Please note if the display in the room we are entering is near the beginning or end of the gallery. Perhaps include a second map with more details to aid visitors while walking about the museum. We never did find the sarcophagus. Be more clear about naming the voucher as a voucher and the ticket we pick up as the ticket. The words were used interchangeably. See below, you ask us if we used a paper ticket which in reality was the voucher.

1.5 hours was perfect for me; It was interesting & informative

I think a common mistake is to stay for too long. A short visit is great because there is so much information after a while people just tune out. This tour was perfect! We saw the most famous pieces and our guide, sorry can't remember her name, was absolutely wonderful. She spoke clearly and she was easy to understand. During my European vacation, I've been on many tours and often have been disappointed because the person has had a heavy accent making their communication poor. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Experience very good but your service its a disgrace

You should inform the guest whos travelling that you while waiting at to enter versailles you need to stay in a freezing cold weather for 1hour to get your ticket from you suppose guide as the guide will give you only the ticket and leave you alone at the entrance. Our sencond disgraceful expereince was at the Louvre!! You book the tocket skip the line but you cant get your ticket before the time you stipulate when booking and also guided tour but the guide will never appear. I will never book with you again

Good to skip the queue but hard to follow the audio guide

This was on my bucket list. We got there early after booking 2 days in advance. The person handing out the audio guides was extremely difficult to understand to the point that I didn’t. We were happy to skip the queue outside and chose to see the Mona Lisa first, a 30 min wait. From there we spent 2 hours wandering through the louvre without catching up to the audio guide! All in all, slightly disappointed
