The tour starts with a 1.5-hour exploration of some of the most famous highlights in Oslo such as the Oslo Opera House, Akershus Fortress, and the heart of the new Oslo, Kvadraturen. You will then continue to Oslo's main boulevard, the famous Karl Johans gate, where you will visit traditional Christmas markets and learn about Christmas culture, customs, and traditional products with a local guide.  

Take the opportunity to warm yourself up with the traditional Norwegian drink, gløgg (mulled wine), or taste some of the traditional Christmas foods such as julegrøt (porridge), julepølse (pork sausage), or tynnlefser (flatbread) and don't forget to ask your guide any questions that come to mind.
