Regarding vouchers GYGX7RL8M9XH for 2 people. Bonjour, We arrived today to Noumea 0n the and you did not provide anyone at the Meetup place. We asked many people. Then we went to your totally unmanned stall. There was no-one there. So we had to pay for yet another tour! Very poor service from Get Your Guide! Please can you refund the money of $74.58 straight back into my account as you did not supply us Noumea: Hop on Hop off Bus plus Duck Island Our Vouchers have not been redeemed. We could not cancel within 24 hours as we did not know that no one would be there to meet us and fullfill this tour. I await you response Very soon via email. My phone has also broken so I will only be able to access this email occasionally or on my return to Australia as I am on a cruise ship. Please refund the cost of this unused tour as soon as possible.

Waited almost 2 hours for the return "ferry" and because 100 others were also waiting we had to stand in the sun. Or lose our place - 1 ferry taking only 10 people at a time and goodness knows why it took him an hour to come back. It's chaotic and cheaper to pay when you are there than book through here, any and all questions directed to the place who was running this prior to confirm things were unanswered and still are. Sadly there's no other way over to duck Island but just be prepared.. You have to pay for a seat and shade and the staff there are rude as hell!
