Printing debacle. BUT Good, easy, informative &rain-free trip option

The ticket says you need to print it out - we bought ours already in Dusseldorf, because it was raining in our last day there, and it seemed like a good option. Thankfully, our driver wrote down the booking number and let us go either way (we went on a very slow day for turism, i don't know if this would hold up for all drivers and all time slots). Nevertheless we did waste an hour searching for somewhere to print it out and it was not nice. It makes no sense to print out a ticket which presents a QR code in 2019. The trip itself was very nice, and the audio gave us some interesting nuggets of information. It was raining, and it was a good chance to see the city while getting out of the rain and prevent getting sick. And we wouldn't know those facts otherwise. It even cleared up some stuff we had seen the day before. We didn't manage to finish the entire thing, because of the time we wasted on the printing issue, and we ran out of free-time.

Amazing pub crawl, Dustin and Erin were super guides!

We were a group of 4 from US and had a super fun time on the pub crawl. From the start Dustin and Erin were down to earth and funny, I accidentally overbooked by one ticket and they called their boss right away to get it refunded and then went on to explain the pubs/clubs on the crawl. I’ve done crawls in Berlin, Budapest, Vienna and Dublin and this one in Cologne was the most fun I’ve been on. Music was good, drinks were cheap, the guides Dustin and Erin were invested in everyone having a good time, and everyone just naturally socialized moreso than on other crawls. Would highly recommend.

A little long and not enough audio details

Four hours ended up feeling a little long since I was traveling alone. I'm sure it was perfect for people traveling with a friend. I took the boat up and did the castle ruins in Kogniswinter and then took the train back. It ended up being the perfect little day trip. It got colder than expected and the server on the top level was quick to hand out blankets. I guess I must have looked cold because he didn't even ask, just brought one over! Also if you want to order a coffee or drink of some sort it was a little pricey.

Fun tour - you get to see more on a bicycle!

Had a very good time - our guide was very good and spoke excellent English. The took their time making sure our bikes were adjusted correctly and off we went. The cobble stones are a little bouncy (still fun) but most of time we are on smooth surfaces. We were able to see parts of the city that we would never have explored on foot as it would have just been to far to walk. Recommend this tour!

The best Evening out that I had in a long time!

That has been more then awesome. We were a group of around hundred people. Most of them had bachelor party. It has been a really nice atmosphere and people were doing party all the time. The clubs were great and our guides did a very good job. If I am coming back to cologne one day, I would definitely do it again.
