We booked a tour for 5 people for 17:30. Got there 17:27, the operator has just rolled the bridge and refused to let us board, and just sailed away. We were infuriated, called the service, they told us to come again the next day, in which we indeed got a ride with no additional cost, but with a very bitter taste. The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, bar with drinks (be sure not to bring too large notes - these were simply not accepted!), audio guides worked well.

Very nice tour. Visits the important landmarks of the city and also a high spot to see its entire skyline. The girl spoke great English, had a good sense of humour, and did the tour in exactly three hours as promised. She was also quite knowledgeable. The bike was in an excellent condition and I was happy to see them offering pedal-brake bikes as well to cater for all sorts of preferences. I think the cost is very reasonable. Thank you guys, I enjoyed the day!

We had Celine as our tour guide and she was incredibly knowledgeable + insightful. What made it exceptional were all the first-hand accounts of the experiences her parents had gone through and the stories of all the people she had met along the way who had experienced the cold war. Would highly recommend Celine as your tour guide and seeing Berlin by bike is a great way to discover the city.

Dominick made the tour very engaging, and it felt like we were seeing Berlin from a Berliner’s point of view. He connected the very serious subject matter to the people who lived it, which was a lovely approach. The human experience of Berlin’s history was made central to the tour. Very interesting, and the bike was a great way to see Berlin.

We took a 4 hour bike tour of Berlin with Markus, starting and finishing at Bornheimerstrasse. Our guide was pleasant, interactive and informative, filling us in on historic, geographical and architectural detail and showing a great variety of sights during our tour. This was a great orientation activity on day one of our visit.
