Amazing attraction. Good value but it should be made clear that group may be up to 30. Impossible for everyone to hear when the guide is speaking in the middle of hundreds of people. Once we were inside and radios provided it was much better though guide did not realise how to position his lapel microphone to maximise acoustics. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly which made the tour worthwhile. There was no mention that we had to check in and receive another ticket at the meeting point. This would have been helpful to know as would being told the name of the check in point rather than an address as it was not clear from online booking that there was a requirement to enter a tour booking shop to check in.
This was the third visit to Barcelona, but I had never had time to go inside the basilica(?) so I was looking forward to it. It exceeded all my expectations. Walking in the door in the late afternoon sunlight is a jaw-dropping moment. And I am not Catholic or even religious, but no one can deny the spiritual experience. Our guide Marta spoke fluent English, and was knowledgeable and enthusiastic at the same time. She kept everyone moving and answered all questions capably. We went on the tower access as well, riding the elevator up the Passion Tower and walking down 400 steps. I really hope they complete it by 2026, and I can say "I was there!"
It was the easiest app to use. I was able to guarantee a tour with my family of 13 easily. The meeting location was easily mapped out for us as well as easy to get to. The tour guide was phenomenal. Kind, polite, interactive, and obviously full of information. Bravo get your guide! I will not only use your app again for the future but I am recommending it to everyone I know. Thank you
We were given the address of 301, then 311 for meeting the group. No one there. We tried to communicate with the tour group and got no place. We found out there are 2 311 addresses. Tour started 20+ minutes late. Sagrada Familia is a beautiful church. Need to be clearer on the meeting place.
So many bible stories told in stone, biblically sound. The stain glass windows are breathtaking & the reflection of colour over the interior changes constantly. Had a very peaceful feel even though there where thousands of people around.
