What people are saying about Naples

This tour fulfilled my desire to see Pompeii & the Amalfi coast.

Very small group of 4 so we had the guide's attention to ourselves. He was a local and had insight on the history of the area. He was also prompt and very accommodating.

Anna was beyond amazing highly recommend!

Best tour I’ve ever been on Anna was beyond amazing!! 10/10 for sure I’d highly recommend this tour if you have the chance ! Definitely exceeded my expectations. Worth the money for sure with food included with a beautiful view and we even got to do a boat ride so beautiful. Perfect amount of time spent at each location. 0 complaints here.

Great trip with a lovely guide and fantastic driver.

The trip took in Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi so there was so much to see. However we did it all and had a lovely lunch on the way. The guide Martina was so lovely and knowledgeable and the driver Antonio kept us safe amongst the crazy drivers and extremely steep hills!!

Recommended if you have only 1 day to explore!

Went recently on 1 May 2019 (Labour Day in Italy!). Had only 2D1N in Naples just to visit these places. Planned in such a way that it was convenient for us to go back to Rome after that. We stayed at Starhotel Terminus-directly infront of Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi station & also the pickup point. They pick up people along several pickup points-if yours is the 1st, you have to wake up earlier. We got picked up at about 8.45am dt traffic (supposed to be 8.30am)-last to be picked up but also 1st to alight when we got back. Pls call few min b4 to check with them where to meet! We had an amazingly nice guide called Sara, who was accommodating & helped us look out for pickpockets. We went to Sorrento, Positano & then we had a basic lunch (salad, bread, scialatielli with tomato sauce, lemon cake) at a restaurant called Calajanara with wonderful view. It’s about an hour of free & easy at each place. Ended at about 4pm at Amalfi, came back about 5.30pm to Naples (supposed to be 5pm).

Great trip, the combination of ruins and volcano made a fantastic duo

Loved both the ruins and the volcano, could have done with a bit longer in herculanium, but fantastic. The walk, and or climb, to the top of the volcano could floor some people, as some older people were attempting to do it, this might need to be made a bit clearer as it would catch people out and did I think for some, the walk being long and quite steep too. Well worth it when you get to the top though, and the views are to die for... A bit worrying when you think about it afterwards that this volcano is very active and could blow again at any time, that wouldn't stop me going up though... The history behind this sleeping giant is too rich to want to miss out on. The only downside was the lack of toilets on the whole site of the volcano, this could be catered for better, with the amount of people going, and the exercise they do to get to the top, does fill your bladder somewhat, and with no where to go, makes the trip back to Naples a bit uncomfortable. A toilet block please.
