Experience a traditional cooking class with a hospitable Neapolitan family inside their home kitchen. Your chefs Pino and Teresa will get you familiar with Neapolitan Gastronomy and let you in on all their family recipes and secrets.

Inside your hosts' actual home kitchen, you will be able to whip up some of the greatest Neapolitan dishes such as spaghetti ai frutti di mare, ragù sauce, pizza and torta caprese. The kitchen will fill up with mesmerizing smells from the hot oven and sizzling pans on the stove, and there is a good chance that you will only ever be able to taste these particular homemade flavors in this kitchen.

After cooking and preparing the various dishes, you will eventually sit down at an antique wooden table to eat the final products, accompanied with top quality wine. You can choose between 3 types of menus:

Fish Menu

• Crostoni Napoletani (crispy bread slices with mozzarella, tomatoes e anchovies)
• Spaghetti with fresh anchovies, tomatoes and toasted bread
• Stewed cuttlefish with potatoes
• Migliaccio cake with ricotta, semolino, candied fruit and raisins
• Falanghina (local white wine) and homemade liquor

Meat Menu

• Ziti pasta or gnocchi pasta with Neapolitan meat sauce
• Braciole (stuffed veal roll)
• Sauteed peppers with olives and capers
• Caprese cake with chocolate and almonds
• Aglianico (local red wine) and homemade liquor

Vegetarian Menu

• Bruschetta Napoletana (toasted bread slices with diced tomatoes)
• Pasta in potato and smoked provola sauce
• Stuffed eggplant with olives, capers and anchovies
• Struffoli (mini fried dough balls decorated with honey)
• Solopaca (local red wine) and homemade liquor
