What people are saying about Naples

Best tour on this trip, our guide was excellent

Our tour guide took great care of us recommending an amazing place for lunch with a view of the Amalfi coast and great food. The private tour in Pompeii was also 1st class. This was the best tour we did this week. Highly recommend it.

An interesting guided tour of some of the main attractions in Pompeii

I just had a few hours in Pompeii so wanted to make the most of my time there. A guided tour seemed like the best way to cover a lot of territory in a short period of time. Sergio Pisco was my guide and he was engaging, informative and enthusiastic throughout, despite the oppressive heat!

This tour fulfilled my desire to see Pompeii & the Amalfi coast.

Very small group of 4 so we had the guide's attention to ourselves. He was a local and had insight on the history of the area. He was also prompt and very accommodating.

Literally my favorite thing we did in Italy

Anna was an amazing tour guide. She fielded tons of questions. Gave an amazing tour. And even stayed 40 minutes extra to so us some stuff on her own time. So amazing.

Giancarlo was the best tour guide we have ever had!

I’ve been to Pompeii many times and compared to other tour guides, Giancarlo was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and full of interesting details. If we had to do it again, we would ask for him by name. It was remarkable that he was able to speak almost nonstop for three hours! We found it disappointing that we could not detach ourselves from other groups - one particular group of schoolchildren were tracking our journey, and their noise and chaos was quite distracting and frequently interrupted our ability to hear what Giancarlo was saying. At the end, we wanted to give Giancarlo a tip, but no one else had, and we thought that perhaps it was not expected or encouraged. If that’s the case, that’s a pleasant surprise; if not, we apologize that we weren’t more forward in putting a few extra euros in G’s hands.
