Full description
Visit some of the most famous sights that Mumbai has to offer.
You will be able to visit the world famous Global Vipassana Pagoda.  Planning for the construction of the Global Vipassana Pagoda began in 1997, while actual building work started in 2000. The pagoda consists of three sub-domes. The first and largest dome was completed when bone relics of Gautama Buddha were enshrined in the central locking stone of the dome on October 29, 2006, making it the world's largest hollow stone masonry structure containing relics of the Buddha.

The center of the Global Vipassana Pagoda contains the world's largest stone dome built without any supporting pillars.

Also you will head to the Kanheri Caves, located at Sanjay Gandhi National park in Borivali East. (Borivali is a very popular suburb on the western line). Kanheri caves are a group of rock cut momuments located deep within the green forest of Sanjay Gandhi national park. The Kanheri caves are famous for the old Buddhist monks and are signs of the Buddhist influence in India. The caves are situated at a height about 500 meters above sea level.Kanheri comes from the Sanskrit word Krishnagiri generally meaning black in colour. They were chiseled out of a massive basaltic rock outcropping
