What people are saying about Mumbai

Absolutely wonderful and totally safe (as a woman)

The female guide was very well informed about everything, her English was perfect and very understandable. The chauffeur was a very good driver and stayed always near when we got out to see places. It was definitely worth the money. I would always book it again. !!

Amazing experience! Highlight of our trip!

Dhaval was an incredible guide- really smart and personable, and so sweet. We felt like a part of Dharavi and were amazed at how much pride residents have. Truly a must-see if you’re in Mumbai. And Mystical Mumbai is way more than a guide company- they run classes for students, and give generously to the community. Look no further and make sure you do this one!

Everything was as we expected. Really couldn't be improved

Everything was good. Pick-up was punctual. Guide spoke extremely good English and was very knowledgable. Caves were impressive when you consider their age. Highly recommend this lot.

Excellent tour- a must see when you visit Mumbai

The tour ran smoothly, we were picked up when expected. Loved the boat trip over to the island. Our guide was born and bred on the island so we really felt that we got the personal touch- nothing was too much trouble and we really felt we learnt something. The guide took some great photos as well! All in all an excellent half day tour. Well worth doing.

A great chance to look behind the scenes of Mumbai City

The tour was very well organised with a fluently speaking young guide living in Dharavi. He provided a lot of information on a broad variety of inhabitants, their jobs, daily routines, stories and migration backgrounds. We were talking about tough challenges that the inhabitants are facing every day but also about many positive aspects like recycling, cultural richness and strong identity. Pick-up from hotel worked like a charm. I called the organiser ahead to double check the confirmation. He was reachable on phone and provided the right information which gave me good confidence. As a city planner this was an great opportunity. Getting insights into the inner workings of India's largest city and an alternative perspective on development projects. I would definitely recommend this tour.
