What people are saying about Mount Vesuvius

Interesting and fun dive in history. Just what I was looking for!

The whole experience was great for the presence of our Guide Nancy! Her energy and personality make this historical journey a fun adventure full of interesting facts about life and death of this petrified city. Don't be scared of crowds she knows her way in and out every part and "navigate" through the site like an expert captain. Enjoy her jokes and her Mythology tales while she takes care of you and make sure you have everything you need. Her fluent English and bubbly personality, together with a capturing narrative that really shows her passion for her job, told a story and created an experience that I will remember for sure! Thanks Nancy!

Pompeii: Skip-The-Line 2-Hour Walking Tour Reviewed by Enrico, 17/05/2019

Amazing tour, with the best tour guides we could have asked for.

Unique experience. Both our tour guides (Kyle and Paolo) were very exciting and educational. Kyle fed out information about Rome and the passing cities (Naples, Amalfi and Pompeii), while Paolo is a person who loves every single corner of Pompeii and teaches you as much he can in the time given, in a very unique and fun way. Thank you so much for the tours.

Great trip, the combination of ruins and volcano made a fantastic duo

Loved both the ruins and the volcano, could have done with a bit longer in herculanium, but fantastic. The walk, and or climb, to the top of the volcano could floor some people, as some older people were attempting to do it, this might need to be made a bit clearer as it would catch people out and did I think for some, the walk being long and quite steep too. Well worth it when you get to the top though, and the views are to die for... A bit worrying when you think about it afterwards that this volcano is very active and could blow again at any time, that wouldn't stop me going up though... The history behind this sleeping giant is too rich to want to miss out on. The only downside was the lack of toilets on the whole site of the volcano, this could be catered for better, with the amount of people going, and the exercise they do to get to the top, does fill your bladder somewhat, and with no where to go, makes the trip back to Naples a bit uncomfortable. A toilet block please.

A fantastic service from start to finish, with lovely wines to Savour!

Transportation is efficient and friendly. The hosts at the winery are do knowledgeable and friendly. We sampled five wines and a grappa, officially, with lovely, freshly-prepared food, but had the option of sampling two additional wines, and could even have enjoyed more. We had an interesting and entertaining tour of the vineyard from Giovanni, and Giusy and he were so attentive at our table. All wines are delicious, and all organically produced. This was our second visit within the year, and I'd more than happily go back in the very near future, (I'd happily go once a week if truth be told...just a shame that the vineyard isn't just around the corner)! Such a pleasurable experience. Alas, more to explore for me in the meantime... However, if you're in and around Naples, Amalfi or Sorrento etc be sure to add this activity to your itinerary...

Great service , great driver and guides pity about the mini bus

The mini bus vehicle was not suitable for a long drive as half the passenges had to sit with back to direction of travel which meant they could not see what the guide was talking about and also not good for car sickness
