Full description
Meet your expert local guide at your hotel, choose one of four different cycle routes and see a different side of the Russian capital at your own pace. On Route 1, you’ll pedal past highlights of the UNESCO-listed Red Square and learn some fun facts about Russia’s turbulent and intriguing past. You’ll see the vibrant Kazan Cathedral, admire crazy confusion of colors, patterns and shapes of St. Basil’s Cathedral, pay your respects to the revered Soviet leader in front of Lenin’s Mausoleum, one of Moscow’s weird-yet-wonderful attractions. You’ll also explore Alexander’s Garden and Gorky Park by bike.

Route 2 takes you to the historic and cultural core of Russian capital and includes visits to striking Christ the Savior Cathedral and the Bohemian Kitay Gorod enclave. You’ll see the GUM, bright bustling shopping mall, and pass by history-steeped streets like Teatralnaya and Nikitsky Boulevard. Route 3 will be ideal for lovers of lush green spaces. Enjoy spectacular views of the Kremlin from Luzhkov Bridge, cycle around the enormous Gorky Park, check out the Graveyard of the Fallen monuments at Muzeon Art Park, enjoy some fresh air passing by Sparrow Hills, and see Neskuchny Garden in bloom.

Get off the beaten tourist traps from the guide books and uncover some lesser-known Moscow treasures on Route 4 cycling at VDNKh, Moscow’s botanical gardens and Ostankino Park, one of the oldest parks of the city featuring the museum-estate, before the Revolution it belonged to the prominent Sheremetev family.
