What people are saying about Milan

Really interesting tour of key Milan sights

The tour guide on this trip was excellent and very knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. The headsets used by the guide were very clear and good quality. The Last supper is a must see if you are visiting Milan and you really need to book ahead because places fill up fast. Having a guide is probably the best way of seeing this painting as you only have a 15 minute slot and they tell you about all the little details in the picture that you would not notice. The Duomo is also really impressive and worth a visit inside. It is also worth going to the rooftops, although this is not included on this tour. Make sure when going to these sites that you do not take any liquids with you as they will not let you in to see the last supper with them. Even water is not allowed although there are lockers at the last supper to put things into. This is not possible at the Duomo though, although they do allow in water no other liquids like sun cream, sprays etc. are allowed.

Good value, lots of info, overview of sights and city

Valeria was a very knowledgeable guide and very patient working with a large group of people with a variety of questions and needs. This is a great way to get last-minute tickets to view The Last Supper, which was fascinating to see in the context of the monastery’s history. The headset was amazing and worked very well, eliminating the need to gather closely around the guide and strain to hear what she is saying. She gave constant commentary as we walked, making use of all of the time we had.

Very good trip which made travelling to Lake Como easy

We really enjoyed our trip to Lake Como. The guide and driver were very friendly. We spent a couple of hours in Como and then had a boat trip to Ballagio. The only issue was that we were unable to hear the guide through our headsets because of the noise of the engine on the boat. We then spent another couple of hours in Ballagio before heading back to Milan via the church at the cycling museum. A great way to travel to Lake Como from Milan and see a couple of the towns on the lake.

Excellent way to see Milan in a short time

We had only a day in Milan and this was the most fantastic way to see the city - and obviously the Last supper. Guide was very knowledgeable and gave out little snippets of info on diverse subjects making the whole experience less of a tour and more a personal experience. Be warned though there is a lot of walking involved but it is well worth the effort.

Both tours were excellent and well worth the money!

Since this was our first time to Milan, the meeting point was easy to find. Our tour guide (July 26 @ 2:00) was on time and extremely knowledgeable. There is a lot of walking (for those that have difficulties), however the pacing of our tour guide’s presentation was perfect.
