What people are saying about Medellín

Enjoyable day trip to Santa Fe de Antioquia.

If you are visiting Medellin, you should certainly consider a side trip to Santa Fe. It's a beautiful town in which to see what life is like outside the big city. I enjoyed the walk across the Puente de Occidente bridge where I took some amazing photos of the scenery. In the town of Santa Fe, the tour stopped for lunch at a nice restaurant where food was served buffet style. The walk around the town's main plaza was charming, and was another opportunity for photos. The tour ended at another town square where local vendors sold fruit, handcrafts, and snacks. Just a few things to note: Santa Fe can get quite hot, so dress appropriately. Also, use sunscreen. Bring an's good for rain or to shade yourself from the intense sun at the bridge. This tour is 100% in Spanish, so if you don't have some fluency in the language, you may want to book a tour in your language. Finally, be ready to depart Medellin by 7 am, even though the listing gives an 8 am departure time.

An in-depth, personal and exciting tour I would recommend to all!

Line, our tour guide was absolutely amazing! This was more than just a Pablo Escobar tour, but rather an in-depth cultural lesson of the history of Colombia and Medellín. There was not a single question Lina didn’t have an answer to and then more. She was very in tune to our interests and even shared a light lunch with us at one of the spots. This was a tour I was looking forward to prior to my trip and I don’t usually book tours, but this time around I’m glad I did. It did not fail to impress and by far a highlight of my trip! Thank you and especially thank you Lina!!

amazing tour to a coffe villa above jardines

great tour into the fascinating jardin region, very knowledgeable guide, local guy but native english speaker, good car, safe driver. visit of a very charming, hand-picked coffee villa, not the industrialized plantation type but a family, boutique style producer where we could see coffee production first hand incl active participation if wanted. location of the farm is stunningly beautiful. afterwards lunch and visit of jardins old town. highly recommended!

The most difficult tour in Medellin well done!

Pablo Escobar - is it right to do such a tour or wrong? Before booking we was asking our selfs this question, and we decided to book it. Our guide did a great tour, not presenting PE as a hero, but talking about pros and cons of what he did. This tour is for those who would like to get a full picture of PE, and I can recommend it!
