What people are saying about Marrakech

Fantastic Way to Explore Morocco Beyond Marrakech

From the start, the customer service was fantastic. I had input the incorrect riad information during my initial booking, and the tour company responded to my request to update the booking within less than 24 hours. / The tour description says that the tour guide will pick you up directly from your riad. Due to the fact that many of the Medina streets are very narrow (and cannot accommodate the van that will transport you to all activities), that may not actually be the case. But the tour guide will contact you in advance of your tour date, to make sure that you’re able to find one another easily. (Make sure you check your email!) / Speaking of the tour van, it was clean, comfortable, and air conditioned. / We hit all the activities on the itinerary, although in a slightly different order then listed in the tour description. The camel ride was more a photo op than anything else. But the rest of the trip was an amazing way to explore countryside towns and the mountains!

Atlas Mountains and 3 Valleys Day Trip from Marrakech Reviewed by Anonymous, 10/05/2018

Transportation from/ to riad perfect, equipment and guide were okay

3h before the pick up time we were sent a message via WhatsApp confirming that someone is coming to our riad in the medina. My girlfriend and I both got a bottle of water while going to the van that brought us to the quad site. There we waited for more people to join. We were handed a helmet, glasses and a thin jacket for the dirt. The instructions on the handling of the quad were very basic and we never drove quads before but still had no problems on the trip. After a short test ride we drove trough the desert for about 2h. The trickiest things were going up a small hill and through a muddy river but no real problems even for beginners. The guide could have had a better eye on us I think, since we were a big group. We did 2 stops on the trip, one for fotos on a hill with a nice view and the second for drinking tea. All in all we both found it really fun to do the trip and the equipment was acceptable.

Marrakech Quad Bike Experience: Desert and Palmeraie Reviewed by Anonymous, 10/03/2018

A brilliant, fun afternoon with a good two hours of quad biking

We were picked up by taxi and taken to the quad bike centre, which took a bit of finding. Once there we were given helmets and shown what to do, quick and easy as literally just stop and go controls. Then we set off in our convoy with two guides who checked continually that everyone was ok. The guides were very attentive and went at the right speed for everyone and there were plenty of opportunities to stop for photos on the way. My daughter (16) rode as passenger as she was unsure about driving but the guide was so encouraging and kind to her that she ended up driving herself and leading everyone else! All felt very safe and was a great experience riding through remote desert with the Atlas Mountains as a backdrop. Plenty of riding time and the guides were lovely. Would definitely recommend. We also had a tagine lunch as an optional extra at a desert guest house which added to the experience.

An amazing experience with friendly people

I booked this for my partners birthday before we went out to Morocco. We were a little late being picked up but the experience made up for it. Ibrahim was our guide and he made sure we were comfortable and safe all the way. He made sure I was in the middle so that I was safe and he made sure I was okay. We did a couple of stops to take a rest and some Water. This was fantastic value for money. TUi were offering similar and it was £60 each at the same place. I would choose to do it in the morning as it’s cooler out in the desert. We were offered tea and a lovely homemade pancake at the end outside a house. Couldn’t have had a better experience and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend :)

Good to get out of the Souks, and into the serenity

Mohammed picked us up at 9 prompt, looking like a Moroccan Marion Cobretti, he was full of chit chat and was an all round top bloke! The drive into the Atlas Mountains was amazing, the stops all worth while, until we met Mazouz, our guide for the walk, tea and lunch. The guy is 100% a good guy, he’s informative, chatty, honest. And in our case the host who helped prep the Berber lunch, chicken Tagine, and oh man it was amazing, Marzouz stayed with us all afternoon, it was a real pleasure to spend time in his company. Finally Mohammed dropped us off back at our pick up, he and Marzouz really made a good day great
