What people are saying about Marrakech

Good way how to spend 1 day in Marrakech

The whole experience was overally fine. Only downs were the beginning of the trip where we were waiting about 30mins for the travel agency to figure out which people are going into which bus and which activity they paid for (changed buses about 4 times). They didn’t know whether we paid for the whole trip or not and didn’t know though which platform each traveler booked the tour. Going from the Marrakesh the driver started arguing with the other driver and almost crushed and fought in the middle of the road. I found it dangerous and driver’s temper was stringer than the responsibility for the full van of people. The drive was about 3hrs and afterwards everything was fine. It was raining the night before so the waterfalls were very strong. Overally the place was beautiful also the monkeys were a plus but they try to rip you off everywhere you go. We spent whole day there and it was definitely a place to see! I wouldn’t recommend the agency we went though. The price was reasonable.

Good trip but WIFI is not installed in the bus

The trip is long and therefore we booked this trip because of the wifi in the bus. However there are stickers on the window which promis you Free WiFi, nothing is installed in the bus. The sentence of free WiFi really has to be deleted from the advertisement. The trip was good, after stopping twice for toilet and Argan Oil, we arrived in Ouzoud (8-12 am) Then we walked to the waterfalls and first saw it from above. The walking down was ok, not that hard. Also a stop of 20 min to drink some fresh orange (10dhm). At the bottom we could take a boat (20dhm) or swim. The lunch was pretty late, 3pm (100dhm). You could also eat your self-brought lunch there. Also we saw monkeys. We just watched and didnt let us force to let them on your back, because after the man will ask you money. Eventually the monkeys will come to you anyway if you have some nuts. At 6pm we returned in our hotel.

Good value for money. A bit adventurous though

This tour requires you to be very flexible, you drive a lot and you stop at the time and the places determined by the driver, no time for going around and explore the areas. Our driver was a lovely and very patient one, however, the different guides during the stopovers were pretty rude and unprepared. They showed us broccolis and coles plantations, their own places and basically spent most of the time waiting us to buy stuff at their agreed shops. The hotel at the stopover was horror, food was cold and so the rooms. The final accommodation (including a fantastic camel ride) was finally excellent prepared and organized (despite the very cold night) This experience was worth alle the rest! The group we were with was really nice. I would recommend only if you lower your expectations to zero and are very very ZEN.

Fantastic day out the falls are well worth seeing

It took a bit of time to get everyone picked up. Then we stopped on the way for a drink and toilets, the driver never said how long to be and started to drive off when there was four of us still there! The falls were beautiful and the whole area. The guide was very good and spoke several languages. He explained a lot about the Bieber culture which was very interesting. Had a great meal looking at the falls. The monkeys were amazing, my husband had one on his shoulder and was feeding it. A very enjoyable day out. Just make sure you have appropriate footwear as you claim down by the falls and up the other side.

A beautiful experience, highly recommended. Our guide Yusuf was great!

We were picked up on time, the transport unfortunately didn't have working WiFi as advertised but it wasn't a massive issue. When we arrived to Ouzoud, we were lead by our guide Yusuf through the town and into the trail to the waterfall. Yusuf was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made the tour great. Once we got to the waterfall, we had lunch with incredible views. From here we made our way back to the minibus and home. All in all, a great experience.
