What people are saying about Marrakech

Great value for money. Fun, factual and friendly.

What a lovely day. Or tour guide, ElAlaoui was lovely and really gave his all for us. The group was small (eight of us in total) and by the end of the first valley we were all getting along and chatting. Always a good sign. Our route was stunning and stuff like stopping to see how argon oil is made was optional (perfect as we had all seen it in the markets). Leaving us more time for the actual tour. The hike part was very easy, if you've never hiked in your life you will be able to do this with only the smallest amount of sweat in your forehead! Plus the waterfall at the end is worth it. The rest of the trip was done in the car, lots of stopping points to take photos. Which was perfect as it gave us all as chance to stretch and take it all in. The highlight, however, was the lunch. Bloody hell was that delicious! You have not as chicken tagine until you have had one cooked by a local. Mind is blown. All in all, you need to go on this trip. Totally worth every penny. Thank you! Em

We had a great time - all thanks to our guide, Ismail!

We really enjoyed our day trip out to the 4 valley, it was actually our favorite part of our week long stint in Marrakesh. Our guide, Ismail, was very knowledgeable, very friendly and funny and to be honest whilst the valleys and lunch was great his energy and humor really polished the trip off and made a good trip great! More details about the trip. The driver over was nice, scenic and went very quick and the entire group got along very well. The 1st valley had the waterfall which involved a fun but fairly easy trek up, would recommend wearing shoes with some grip as it can be slippy. Very impressed with the waterfall size! Lunch was brilliant, best meal we had all week and the settings on route to the Berber house and back from it was constantly changing and really beautiful. Would totally recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area. Special shout-out to Ismail - when he visits London I'd happily be his guide!

Good value for money. A bit adventurous though

This tour requires you to be very flexible, you drive a lot and you stop at the time and the places determined by the driver, no time for going around and explore the areas. Our driver was a lovely and very patient one, however, the different guides during the stopovers were pretty rude and unprepared. They showed us broccolis and coles plantations, their own places and basically spent most of the time waiting us to buy stuff at their agreed shops. The hotel at the stopover was horror, food was cold and so the rooms. The final accommodation (including a fantastic camel ride) was finally excellent prepared and organized (despite the very cold night) This experience was worth alle the rest! The group we were with was really nice. I would recommend only if you lower your expectations to zero and are very very ZEN.

The highlight of our short stay in Marrakesh

This tour was chosen among others because of its high 5 star rating and it lived up to our expectation... Abdul our driver was friendly knowledgeable the tour went at a very leisurely pace in the beautiful surroundings of the Atlas mountains... simply the highlight was a traditional Berber meal in a traditional berber family at such a peaceful location ... the meal, company, location was perfect... it was if we we're family guests we we're treated with such warmth...the tour was just the perfect combination and timings just the right amount to take in the surroundings... I can recommend this tour ...

A great way to orientate yourself in the busy Medina.

A great way to get to know the Médina and to orientate yourself in this busy centre. Our guide was very friendly and gave us lots of information. We saw and went into some of the main sights and he helped us to navigate the passage ways and customs related to the Souks. Be prepared for a lot of walking (7 hours) . However as it was a private tour we were able to stop when we wanted and steer the content of the day. We felt so much more confident in the Médina after we had done this. We would recommend it.
