What people are saying about Madrid

Outstanding Option to view this grand gem !

Loved the convinence of this early admission tour. Our tour group of twelve were the first to be admitted before the rest of the crowds. Amazingly , we didn't see another soul until we exited the palace at the end of the tour. Our tour guide was informative and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of his knowledge and history of this grand estate. Hint.... book the tour on Wednesday morning and you'll end the admission with the spectacular changing of the guard at the front of the palace.

Royal Palace of Madrid Skip-the-Line Guided Tour Reviewed by Michael, 10/05/2017

Best intro to the Prado AND skips the LONG line

Dino knows a lot about the art history and the history of the area around the Prado museum and shares it in an engaging way. Skipping the entry line was almost worth the price of the ticket--it was long! I recommend the early arrival. The Prado is a BIG museum. The tour takes you to some of its highlights and gets you oriented--you can better explore the museum on your own. I recommend the tour.

My day with Joanna was relaxed, insightful and creative.

Joanna spent so much time creating an individualized experience for me that included the history of Madrid, the best of art museums, shopping and tastings of tapas and wine. I learned a ton and had an adventure that was so rewarding in a city I didn’t know. Do this if you want to spoil yourself and your loved ones. No tour buses needed!

Madrid: Book a Local Friend Reviewed by Amy, 07/03/2018

We did this on the first night and it set us up for the whole visit.

This was informative , exciting and very absorbing . The walk incompassed the culture of the city and its architecture which is stunning and vibrant. My advice is to do it on the first night in town , it’s set us up for the days head giving us a brilliant overview. The city is so centred that walking is the best way to see it .

Bilingual tour guide was very good and on time. No problems.

Meeting place at the statue was easy to locate. Tour guide did an excellent job at translating to English. The translation was very similar to the Spanish version (meaning that the guide did not add/exclude pieces of information for us English speakers)
