What people are saying about London

Three day ticket was good value for money

We were a group of four, with 3-day tickets. We saw everything we wanted to see. The life commentary on the red tour was instructive and fun. The river cruise to Greenwich was included, again, the commentary was interesting. The traffic in London was bad due to roadworks, but the tour buses made a good job of it. However, we were not informed in time that one of the stops was not open, and so we had to walk back a while to get where we wanted to be. There had been a lengthy raft of instructions, as well as a change of bus, and so what was being said may have made sense to the staff, but we did not hear it. That was the only negative of the three day experience.

The queuing system should be explained more clearly.

What a shame that right at the start most people who joined the ‘Online purchase’ queue got up to the front, only to be told that they had to join the other very long queue! It should have been made clear that the ‘Online purchase’ queue was for those who had printed tickets only. Most people who bought tickets online, but had their tickets on their mobile phones, had to join another long queue. The Glass Sculpture itself was magnificent and I would have given the Activity 5 stars, but for the appalling queuing system.

Kew Gardens Admission Ticket Reviewed by Maria, 09/26/2019

Relaxing, enjoyable afternoon, tasty food, great views - Recommend.

Can't think of a better way to spend a rainy Sunday. Relaxing music, tasty food and great views. Although we were satisfied, the staff kindly moved us to a better vacant table. The staff also addressed us by personally by our names and checked several times if everything was alright (which it was). The only criticism is that it took a while to be served and it would be better if there were a couple more waitresses/waiters because the staff worked really hard. A most enjoyable day and I will book again.

London: Sunday Lunch Cruise on the Thames Reviewed by Marilyn, 10/13/2019

one of the best activities one can choose when stying in London.

relaxing and exciting Thames boat trip heading towards Greenwich and further on to the Barrier. Restaurant bar is great. Enjoyed the trip to the Barrier, you won't reach it so easily when doing it all on your own. What's best: you can get off at Greenwich and take whatever boat you like for returning. Highly recommended.

very Informative by the live guide talk.

Were disappointed that agents selling your tickets on the street were very unhelpful and rude in helping us locate bus stop to start and get tickets. When we FOUND lady at Piccadilly she was most helpful.
