It would have been helpful if we were told to arrive an hour earlier than our 14.00 booking if we wanted to go in at 14.00 We arrived at 13.45 & were told that the queue was at least an hour. A grizzly 2 year old & plans for later in the day meant I paid an extra £10 per ticket to overcome the hour wait & be fast tracked. This was disappointing. We had booked a specific time slot & planned our entire day around this & fully expected to go in to the venue at 14.00. I felt a little bit manipulated into paying the extra £10. Outside of this the experience was brilliant & we all enjoyed it. Will definitely go back but next time I will arrive an hour earlier than my ‘paid for’ time slot. You need to advise paying customers of this.

The facilities and everything about the displays and exhibits are second to none. However, I found it very frustrating with the number of people attending. The number of buggies and pushchairs blocking areas and restricting walkways. The number of people with backpacks that had no regard for others, myself being struck on several occasions. This prompted us to leave early and not seeing some of the exhibits.
