Meet your fun local guide at the new Beatles statues on the waterfront, then embark on a tour through the World Heritage Site to Mathew Street & the Cavern Club.

Take the lift in the fully accessible Radio City Tower 138m above the city, marvel at Liverpool and Everton football stadiums and the huge industrial cranes in the Port of Liverpool. See how the £1billion "Liverpool One" retail complex finished in 2008 has beautifully rejoined the docks to the city, and marvel at the 5th largest Anglican Cathedral in the world. On a clear day, you will have views of the mountains in North Wales.

Use your pre-paid voucher to visit the award winning Beatles Story in the Albert Docks on an audio guided tour available in 11 languages. Learn the story of John Lennon from his school band called the Quarrymen in 1957 to the colossal success in America, and "Beatlemania!" See the piano on which John Lennon played "Imagine". Excellent value for money!

Our tour guide was attentive, engaging, humourous, and knowledgeable. The sites were great! The tour itself was great and, even though the weather was against us, Peter kept us going. I'd highly recommend this event package. Even if you're struggling with or have permanent mobility issues. It will take all day. We started promptly at 10.30am and finished around 7pm! Get your walking shoes on!

Excellent day

Rob, our guide was brilliant, he was very knowledgable and informative, and had a great sense of humour! Would have liked a bit more info on closing times of ferry and the Beatles story, because we were on our own in the afternoon for these activities and couldn’t fit in the u boat experience, but a really enjoyable day and we did see a bit of the John and Yoko exhibition which was not on the itinerary which I would prefer to u boat anyway.

This day trip was just great. Especially Mathew Street with the visit to the Cavern Club, but also the museum with the Story of The Beatles was unique, interesting and very well done. I can only recommend this trip. The guide was very nice and had a lot of Beatles knowledge, so I was able to exchange ideas with him, although the Liverpool dialect was not so easy to understand.
