In this fun and practical 3-hour workshop hosted by Mesa Redonda, learn how to dig deeper into the nutritious, social, environmental and economic benefits of a healthy plant-based diet whilst learning how to effectively utilize and even completely avoid food leftovers and waste in your kitchen!

Learn how to make full use of fruits and vegetables without producing any leftovers and/or waste, and how to turn them into deliciously sustainable recipes

During the course, you will discover how to prepare tasty takeaway meals for lunch boxes or jars, all without using colorants or preservatives, 0% plastic, all whilst being 100% vegetarian. You'll also learn to cook legumes with all their benefits in a variety of vegetable-based recipes.

Let your teacher show you how to reuse food leftovers in new and appetizing vegetable-based recipes. Yes, it’s a tough choice!
