What people are saying about Leonardo Interactive Museum
Not an abosulte must see....But worth a visit and reasonably priced. There are good sources of information and you can pay for an additional audio guide. I don’t believe there were any original or authentic Leonardo exhibits only replicas designs prints and posters. Which was a bit disappointing. Also the staff were rude. Just waving us through the entry and not explaining anything or giving us the audio guide option. Also frustrating to have to download an app in order to use the e-ticket. Why not just send the ticket my email or PDF or add to apple wallet???
Basically 3 dark rooms with wooden toys! I have been a Leo fan for more than 30 years and I felt a little cheated with the overall experience. Admittedly, the audio guide did help a lot, but much of the important information was crowded around the entrance which was very uncomfortable. I understand completely that attracting the younger audience gives popularity to the event. However, one day I would like to see a more mature and meaningful exhibition to justify the genius of this man.
Fun interactive museum centered around Da Vinci's mechanical interest. I would like to have seen more original work as there is not much here. However the interactive exhibits they have bring to live his drawings and some of his ideas. Does not go very deep into Da Vinci's art or other interests. If you have kids, plan on 2 hours. If no kids, this is a 1 hour stop but still very interesting for Da Vinci fans.
This museum provides perfect way to experience and feel part of Leonardo's genius and works. Working models, interactive screens and VR devices are great - knowing Leanordo's works is one thing. But touching and playing with them is a feeling on another level. I recommend that museum for anyone interested in Da Vinchi's work.
While we have seen numerous examples of Leonardo da Vinci’s artistic genius, this is the first time we saw models of his engineering creativity. Most displays were interactive. Fascinating.
