When we arrived, our driver Ariyadi was already waiting for us - standing in the first row of pick up drivers in front of the airport building, easily identifiable by the sign with our name that he was holding up. Never met such a professional and nice driver before! The drive was very entertaining and interesting due to Ariyadi, who told us a lot about Bali, the culture, the sights etc. - We can highly recommend him as a driver and/or local guide!

Benny was our driver, he was very nice and waited 2 hours for us as we waited for 2 hours in the immigration line after our scheduled pick up time. He wasn't too, too talkative, which was nice as we were exhausted after having travelled a total of 30 hours to get to Bali. Would definitely recommend.

Plane due 10.30pm. Driver booked for 11pm. Plane late and did not get out of immigration until midnight. Driver waited patiently for me. Drove straight to hotel. Careful and pleasant driver. No issues. Highly recommend this service.

Our driver picked us up on time and was easy to find. He was an excellent navigator and asked us along the way if we needed to stop for water, SIM cards, etc. The car was clean and had good A/C.

So happy to see our driver waiting with an easy to read sign. Flight was 30 mins late but he was there, patiently waiting and got the 4 of us on the road and to our motel safely and quickly.
