Overall the information given was not sufficient. The morning pick-up was not good, we drove around twice to the same place wasting about half an hour. When we came out from the mine nobody knew what to do - so to begin with we all just sat around outside. And then under our own initiative we went to find the coach. The guide inside the mine was fantastic. The earphones were useless, so we missed a lot of what was said.

Well organized, entertaining, must-do in Cracow!

I booked this tour for myself and my 2 English-speaking friends. I loved how easy it was to find the meeting point and how everything was well organized. There was no need for transportation since there are public buses running between Cracow and Wieliczka (bus stop: Kopalnia Soli). The Salt Mine was really fun and we learned a lot from the tour guide. I only wish we had more time to explore the mine but I guess these are the constraints of such a touristy place. Great tour!

We really enjoyed this Tour . We travelling via tram/bus from Krakow Jewish Qtr. It was cheap, simple & punctual . The Salt Mine was fabulous to see and to explore its vast history. Our English-speaking guide - Matthew - really knew his stuff. We’re so glad to have visited today .
