Worth visiting but found it difficult to hear what the guide was saying unless you were standing right beside her. I have COPD and found the pace she went out was to quick and I became breathless and couldn’t keep up. Although I enjoyed the visit it wasn’t what I was expecting.

This tour was excellent! Well organised, on time and communicative making sure everyone knows where to meet, when, etc. The drive to the mines was shorter than taking the normal bus and access all arranged and well managed. Highly recommend! Visiting the mines was a great experience! I was awed and surprised at the amazing things the miners turned many of the carved out spaces into. A chapel still used today for mass, restaurant, other interesting things. Really worth a visit!

We visited during the easing of lockdown in Poland so were subject to the restrictions in the mine but they were brilliant. Temperature tested before entry and queuing outside to wait for a tour guide (shelter provided). The groups are roughly 20 in size and are guided with a very knowledgable employee. There are 800 steps down to the mine with two sections to have a rest on benches (with places for snacks and the toilet). The mine is an incredible experience with great photo opportunities and takes about 2-3 hours. Just remember to take good shoes and a light jacket as it is between 14-16 degrees down there.
