What people are saying about Krakow
The tour was fascinating and moved at the right pace with an appropriate level of detail. We really loved the hands on workshop and were delighted with the pieces we created. Our staff member was SO helpful and supportive. She was really patient and cheerful. We felt privileged to be working alongside those involved in making such wonderful masterpieces. Thank you all so much. We thoroughly recommend this experience. We were so engrossed the time just flew past. PS We loved the delicious croissants and drinks midway through - free too !!!
A brilliant tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide who spoke excellent English. Lots to take in & learn about, and very fascinating. Our only gripe would be, that it would have been better had it of been a bit longer than the 1.5 hours, as there was a lot to see & take in. Make sure you pre-book tickets online as the queues were very long & can be sold out in advance too! Overall, a fantastic tour & something I would highly recommend everyone does when visiting Krakow as it really is a piece of iconic history!
Don’t be put off by the large crowds because the timing of groups was well spaced and very well organised. Our guide was excellent. Auschwitz was stunning in it’s grimness, bringing tears to the eyes at the sheer brutality of it’s history. Birkenau likewise but differentiated by it’s enormous size and bleakness.
Recently toured Auschwizt-Birkenau. The service provided was excellent, kept us informed as to a pick-up time. The tour guide was both friendly and knowledgeable. Disappointed the Birkenau tour was shorter than normal, understand the reason for this decision, due high temperature.
Our party (2 Americans and 1 Polish teenager) were punctually met by the bureau contact person and led to the castle courtyard where the actual guide awaited. He showed us around, told interesting stories about the place in perfect English. Good choice!
