What people are saying about Krakow
We decided to do a cycle tour early in our trip, to get a real sense of Krakow and it's Culture...it's also a fun way of seeing so much more of the City. Max our brilliant Tour Guide and a Crakovian himself was able to give us loads of local knowledge and an in-depth history of Krakow. He brought us on a leisurely 25 stop tour across the City pointing out the main features and places of interest from Wawel Castle, the Main Square, to the Getto, Jewish Quarter, Oskar Schindler's Factory site and back! A memorable Cool Tour for sure, and one of the highlights of our visit to this beautiful City....I want to ride my bicycle... I want to ride my bike! So get on your bikes and ride! #getyourguide #coolbiketour #krakow
This tour is best to do at the beginning of your stay. You get a good idea of the things Krakow has to offer and decide where you'd like to come back and spend more time. The cycling is easy, flat roads/lanes and the pace is leisurely. It was a very hot the day we did the tour, our guide usually stopped in the shade to look at the various sights and we also stopped for drinks in a cafe/bar about half way through. Our tour guide, Manena, was so passionate and informed about Krakow and a real delight. She couldnt do enough for people, even adding a little bit onto the tour to show someone the exact stop to get their tram. Thank you Manena (excuse my spelling) we really enjoyed ourselves, Lynn, Jane and Jane x
Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided all information we were requesting. He even extended the tour by one hour, as obviously he himself enjoyed the trip as well. Very important for a four hour trip is the fact that all bicycles were in a very good condition ( a small technical problem with one bike was solved by providing a replacement bikes within minutes).
I think it is a very interesting tour. You get a lot of usefull information and at the same time you get to see a lot of the city. The four hours went so fast and you never got bored. It was also wonderfull to get to see so much of the town in only four hours. The bikes was a grear way to travel.
We enjoyed the tour so much. The best way to start a visit in Krakau. You get all the informations you need and after the tour you can explore the city more intensive.
