Well-organised trip, interesting destination

It was easy enough to find the meeting point for this trip, and although we had to wait a while for the buses to arrive from Zurich, once they arrived everything was very easy. Dario, the tour guide, was really friendly, and full of interesting information, and did a good job of keeping everybody together until we got to the top. At Jungfraujoch the panorama film experience was not open, but everything else was. We had about 2.5 hours at the top (which, despite what Dario said, would have been enough to do the exterior walk on the map - but I can see why it is discouraged, since there wouldn't be enough time to do that and everything else). Unfortunately it started snowing quite heavily, and the outdoor areas were closed off, so for the final 45 minutes - 1 hour, there was not much to do save to sit in one of the restaurants, while waiting for the group to meet up again and head back down the hill. I left the group a little early, at Lauterbrunnen, due to where I was staying.

Train ride was great and the views from the top were spectacular.

Overall our experience was pleasant. I thought the top of the mountain was far too touristy and too crowded. The food was terrible! I also didn’t like the way they herded you into all the under ground displays. I wish they had way more outside viewing and sitting areas to enjoy the view. I also did not like having a Chinese interpreter when I signed up for an English speaking tour. There were no translations in French, Italian, German or Indian, so why Chinese?

A thrilling and most enjoyable day trip.

From the first, when we were picked up in Interlaken by the coach that had left from Zurich, the whole trip was handled most efficiently. We enjoyed all of it but mostly the experience at Jungfraujoch and the train drive down again where we were grateful for good weather to enjoy the sights. Our tour guide was most informative and helpful and added great value to the tour.

Nice tour and train ride! Beautiful mountain!

Tour went smoothly, although it was much larger tham I anticipated (about 60 people). It worked out fine but as the guide did a good job and tourmates respect the meeting time. I can see it is very difficult to manage such a large group with one guide and the meeting point is really busy so it's almost impossible to keep track on headcounts.

Excellent tour! Everything was arranged well and on time.

Tour guides were very friendly, cheerful, informative and helpful. One even lent his own battery pack when I ran out of cellphone battery. Jungfraujoch itself is worth going to and spending time and tour money for because of the other beautiful places along the way from Zurich (Lucerne, Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen)
