Full description
The tour starts in the early afternoon with a pickup from your hotel in Istanbul before departing for a guided tour of Beylerbeyi Palace, the former summer residence of Ottoman sultans. In Turkish, Beylerbeyi means "Lord of Lords" and Sultan Abdülaziz ordered the construction of this mesmerizing palace in the 1860s.

This summer residence of the sultans was also used to house foreign heads of state visiting the Ottoman capital. Several palaces had been built and demolished at this site over the years. The present structure was built between 1861 and 1865 and has six staterooms and 26 smaller rooms. Moreover, Sultan Abdulhamid II spent his final years in Beylerbeyi and died there in 1918.

Next, drive over the Bosphorus Bridge, officially known as the "15 July Martyrs Bridge," to the summit of Camlica Hill, popular for its magnificent panoramic views of Istanbul. Take the opportunity to capture some great photos before the end of your tour when you will be dropped back at your hotel
