What people are saying about Inverness

Solid tour but wouldn’t really do again.

Enjoyable trip with decent sights, but I might choose a different one next time since I wasn’t interested in the Loch Ness cruise (ticket price not included; cash only). I was fortunate to get a window seat on the bus because I like taking photos but had I shown up a minute later, that wouldn’t have been the case since it was a completely full bus. Guide had good stories and driving around was pleasant. Stops were fairly infrequent but the 12-hour length of the trip gave it good value for the price.

Loch Ness, Glencoe & the Highlands Tour from Edinburgh Reviewed by Anonymous, 01/06/2019

Our driver/guide, Kenny, couldn't have been better!

Kenny was incredibly knowledgable about every part of the tour, but he didn't stop at giving you the facts, he was kind and entertaining. I loved seeing the highlands and Glencoe was breathtakingly beautiful. No signs of Nessie; she must have been napping. Bring a sweatshirt and a jacket for Loch Ness, it's chilly even in June! If you only have a couple days in Scotland, this is a great way to get a taste of the country.

Overall our Scotland tour was excellent.

The sites we visited, Loch Ness and Glenco, were well worth the trip. But we spent the majority of our time on he bus. The bus driver, Paul, was a great driver but I grew very weary of his talking and story telling of Scottish wars and massacres. It’s was somewhat of a downer. But the sites were beautiful and the bus was comfortable.

Very beautiful, very informative. Loved the stories and music

Our guide Stephen “B” was an excellent tour guide. So knowledgeable about him home land. Was able to point out very fascinating sights. Our stops were preceded with so much knowledge. The stories were hilarious or informative. Totally go on this trip and get Stephen “B” to do the tour.( not Stephen “A”) Bahahaha inside bus joke

Pleased we were able to see so much in short amount of time

This tour might not be for everyone but for us it was perfect. Our goal was to see the Loch Ness and the urqhart castle ruins and it accomplished this in the shortest time possible. The whole day was rushed so that we could make our cruise time but it was necessary.
