Full description
At 07:30, your Vespa and guide will meet you at your hotel. It will be time to click on your helmet and start your adventure in the countryside on your classic Piaggio Vespa. Enjoy the unique sounds of this scooter that is so rich with its own history. Journey through the countryside where the small hamlets are alive with the activities of the locals who are busy with their daily business. Stop and explore a local pottery village before making your way along a levee to visit an ancient Banyan tree. The Banyan tree is the heart of a bustling morning market that has been a part of daily life in the village for over 50 years. Enjoy a Vietnamese coffee and watch the bustling market activities. Please take a walk through the market and soak up the atmosphere.

Return to your Vespa and continue exploring the countryside before arriving at a special market. The market will be filled with little piglets. The piglets are raised in the homes of the villagers and are a key part of life in the village. Your guide will explain the history and purpose of this fascinating market. At 09:30, leaving the piglet market, you will continue your scenic trip to My Son via small village roads lined with local houses and picturesque paddy fields. Arrive at My Son Sanctuary and be greeted by the sounds of the haunting Cham music filling the air. Here, stop to take in the vibrantly dressed dancers enjoying a traditional dance performance before starting your walking tour of the ancient ruins. The tour will begin with a short ascent along a track bordered by jungle. As you reach the top, the ancient ruins will appear. While you explore the area, your guide will explain the history of the religious site which served as a burial site for the Cham monarchs many centuries ago.

After exploring My Son at 11:30, continue your trip. There will be plenty to see, so will be time to get moving again. Your first stop will be a bronze casting village. Stop at a house in the village to learn about the bronze casting and its uses in Vietnam and why it is so important. Following your visit to the casting village, take a short trip on the Vespa to a village that is home to a collection of traditional houses. Here, enjoy the history and architecture from another era of Vietnam. Rest and enjoy a delicious local lunch. Feel free to explore the village, take photos and discover more of the rich, vibrant culture that has contributed so much to modern Vietnam. After lunch, board your Vespa and begin your return journey to Hoi An through the countryside and its quaint villages and rice paddies where photo opportunities abound. Return to your hotel and your tour will conclude.
