What people are saying about Hobart
This is a great tour for someone who wants to have a short but fulfilling trip. I thought the price might be a bit expensive however including transportation, food, drink (which is A LOT) and all the explanation given from the guide is definitely worth it. I would recommend not to have breakfast in the morning but have a cup of coffee to make you awake... you will eat and drink a lot during the day but need to wait till you arrive to the island. Thanks for the lovely guide and everyone in the tour who made my day great:)
It was a full day of tastings of what Bruny Island has to offer. Their cheese, chocolate, cider, honey, oysters - yum. Great selection of lunches at the Bruny Pub. Fabulous views from atop the lighthouse. This trip is a “must do”. Our driver/guide went above and beyond to make sure our day was one to remember. I will be sharing my great experience exploring Bruny Island. Thank you Bruny Island Safaris (Nigel - you’re the best )
The whole package was great but I have to provide a special thanks to our guides / drivers Luke and Andrew. It would be difficult to find anyone with the skills, knowledge and commitment to looking after their customers than these blokes. It is also important for me to commend the catering (morning tea and lunch). In particular the fish (blue eye) and chips were the best we had over 5 days in Hobart and the surrounding region. The whole experience was fantastic and helped make this holiday one we will remember and recommend to anyone. Thanks again.
A helicopter trip was on my 80 year old mother’s bucket list and this trip did not disappoint! Special thanks to our pilot John and Zaiden for their kindness and attention to detail. They even arranged a step to help mum access our chariot. Excellent commentary, exciting experience and lunch at Frogmore Creek winery was also superb. Don’t miss out on this tour!
I would highly recommend iwanderTasmania. I had a wonderful time exploring Russell falls in Mt Fields, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and the beautiful city of Richmond. Unfortunately I couldn’t go to Mt Wellington that day due to road closures for repairs but Jarrod informed me well in advance so I could go there another day. Jarrod took us to see Mt Nelson and Cascade Brewery instead which was wonderful. Jarrod was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. The coach was very comfortable and clean. Thank you Jarrod for an amazing day
