Full description
On this intermediate snowshoeing tour, spend a refreshing morning out in the crisp air of Hinterzarten and see beautiful mountain views.

Start your morning off by meeting your guide at the tourist information centre of Hinterzarten, where you’ll get a short introduction on how to walk in your snowshoes. Then, stroll along a little creek on the open meadows where the trail starts.

The trail will soon begin to climb, and you’ll get some great views over the village and across typical Black Forest countryside. Finally, you’ll reach your destination, a remote pond deep in the woods high above Hinterzarten. Enjoy the winter silence of this untouched area and marvel at the beauty of the woods. On your way back down into the valley, you’ll see more fantastic views of the surrounding alpine landscape.
