Full description
After being picked up in Hanoi you will head to Ha Giang city. You arrive in Thon Tha village, a peaceful village in which the Tay ethnic people live in stilt houses. Trek around the village and experience the warmth of local hospitality.

On the second day, after breakfast, you will drive to the Quan Ba heaven gate. Start trekking from here to the Nam Dam village, inhabited by Dao ethnic people. The locals still maintain their traditional customs, habits, and culture from ancient times. Enjoy beautiful hiking and see the local traditional houses made of compacted soil which protect people from the extreme weather in the high mountains.

On the third day, trek through the remote and beautiful countryside of Dong Van to Ta Lung, where you will climb through to the Rock Mountains and pass through several villages along hidden tracks used by the local people. You will meet the H’mong and Hoa people, who are the local ethnic minorities in the area.

On day four, you have the chance to enjoy the unique and special local Market in Meo Vac, held on Sundays. Finally, on day five after breakfast, you will enjoy a hike before returning to Hanoi.
