Full description
Set off on a small group tour to discover Halifax and nearby Peggy's Cove under the expert care of an experienced guide. Your tour begins with pickup from a central location or your hotel.

Your first stop is the SS Atlantic Heritage Park. Learn about the 1873 marine disaster that predated the Titanic, then visit the interpretation center. Journey to Peggy’s Cove, passing scenic fishing villages and gorgeous shorelines along the way. There, enjoy time for window shopping and admire the waves as they crash on the rocks in front of the world’s most photographed lighthouse.

Pay respects at the Swiss Air Memorial and take a few more photos of Peggy’s Cove from a distance. Enjoy a delicious lobster roll and a glass of local wine or craft beer for lunch at The Finer Diner, overlooking beautiful Hackett’s Cove before heading back to Halifax.

Back in the city, visit Fairview Lawn Cemetery, the final resting place for over one hundred victims of the sinking of the RMS Titanic. As the tour draws to an end, wind through the Hydrostone, a neighborhood built after the Halifax Explosion of 1917. The tour concludes with your return to your hotel or meeting point.
