Spend a half-day getting acquainted with the “Land of Descending Dragons” on this inland Ha Long city tour. You’ll be picked up at your hotel and travel first to Hoang Gia Park (Royal Park), located along Bai Chay Beach. Next, visit Quang Ninh Provincial Museum, exhibiting the early cultures of the Ha Long, Ly and Tran Dynasties. This museum also features exhibits about the Quang Ninh’s ethnic groups, the history of the region’s coal industry, and more. The museum has preserved over 10,000 artifacts to discover.  

Your last stop of the day will be the Temple of Tran Quoc Nghien, situated at the foot of the Bai Tho Mountain looking out to sea. The temple is dedicated to Tran Quoc Nghien, one of Tran Hung Dao’s sons, and a revered general in the resistance against the Yuan-Mongol invaders. In memory of his great contributiions, the boat owners who passed by Bai Tho mountain set up a temple dedicated to him. After the tour is over, you’ll be returned to your hotel.
