On this historical walking guided tour led by an expert guide, you will explore the area around the cathedral, a masterpiece of the Spanish Renaissance, built on the site of the main Mosque of Granada.

The cathedral was built in the 16th-century by Queen Isabella after the conquest of Granada. In Isabelline Gothic style, the chapel was dedicated to St. John the Baptist and St. John the Evangelist. It's impressive grand facades and stunning low reliefs will absorb you.

Other highlights on the tour include the Madraza, the first Muslim University in Europe and the birthplace of many important scientic and medical treaties, and  marvel at the arched patio of the Corral de Carbon, the only surviving caravansary or merchant inn in Europe.
