Full description
After departing from Greenock Shores, you will travel east to the city of Glasgow. The journey starts with a photo stop at the Armadillo and Scottish Hydro, two marvellous works of art made by the architect Norman Foster. From there you will drive along the banks of the River Clyde where you will learn all about the industrial past of the city with sights of the Finnieston Crane and the bridges. you will then movie to Glasgow Green with its beautiful Templeton ex-carpet factory, People's Palace and Doulton Fountain,  before finally arriving to High Street, Tolbooth, the Market Cross and the oldest building of the city of Glasgow: St Mungo Cathedral. The tour will then take you to the monument of the Duke of Wellington where you'll understand why the Glaswegians are most certainly among the quirkiest people in this world. The panoramic tour takes a break in George Square, right in the beating heart of Scotland’s largest city, where you will have the opportunity to do some shopping and grab some lunch.

After the leisure time you will make your way to a local whisky distillery to learn everything about the most popular drink of Scotland, the single malt scotch whisky and have a dram of the golden spirit. The last stop before making your way back to the port of Greenock is at the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond, the largest inland stretch of water in Great Britain by surface area, within the scenic Trossachs National Park. Here you’ll be able to stroll and enjoy the Scottish summer breeze, or simply have a coffee.
