What people are saying about Giant's Causeway

Wild Rover Tours is THE way to go to visit the Giant's Causeway

This was an excellent tour with our wonderful tour guide J.P. and driver Paulo. They were very personable and friendly. They shared a lot of fun jokes, legends, and history of Ireland. There seemed to be plenty of time for each stop. My friend and I choose to do the Black Cab Taxi tour and I cannot recommend it enough. It was informative and gave great insight on the history of the area through the eyes of a local. Our next stop was the Giant's Causeway which you cannot miss if you are visiting the Island! There was road construction the day we went and had to take a detour to get to the Causeway. However, due to this we were able to see Dunluce Castle! The Causeway is incredibly beautiful and unlike anywhere else in the world! The next stop at Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge is phenomenal! The water is a striking combination of cobalt and turquoise blue. You can even see Scotland in the distance. If the weather is fair and you get the opportunity to cross the bridge, do it!

Well worth the time. See a great deal of Northern Ireland in 1 day

Extended family of six (husband, daughter, godson, aunts) on tour and everyone really enjoyed the tour. First our tour guide (Anthony) was fun, knowledgeable and passionate. He also kept 60 plus people on time which is much appreciated. We chose the taxi tour. It was interesting to see the murals and hear the history. Our taxi tour wasn't the most informative so that was a little bit of a let down but definitely something worth seeing and educating yourself about. The Giants Causeway was great to see in person. The rope bridge was closed due to the high winds but I don't think anyone minded too much because it was a breathtaking view. If you have picky eaters, I would recommend bringing snacks. We got on quick stop in the morning for coffee/pastries, an Irish lunch which half our group didn't eat and that is it really for food. Needless to say we were a very hungry group at the end of the night. Great day that won't be forgotten.

This tour is amazing and ask for Richard

This tour included top attractions with reasonable time to explore each location. It may feel like you don't have a lot of time but there is so much to fit in to make sure you get to the next stop on time. Richard O'Brien is amazing and a great tour guide. He will tell you interesting, funny, and historical tales about Ireland. He wants each person to get the most out of the experience and he always has a smile on his face. I would highly recommend this tour. You must be in time for each stop so if you are not a timely person, I would skip any bus tour because timing is everything in order to fit everything in.

The scenic views were great. The trip organization/administration less

Why do the trip organizers see the lunch point as the most important point of a tour? In my point of view the natural views, trails and so on are the clue of a successeful excursion. The tour guide has to give matching explanation all along the trip and not only while being in a bus about it will be!! The guide has to be aware of all delays along the tour and give the necessary importance and mainly enough time to the marvelous of the nature and walking trails . The meeting point was also only aprox and it was difficult to take the correct decision.

Fantastic Tour, I leant and saw so much!

The tour was fantastic, and our tour guide Derrick was an amazing story teller. We learnt so much about 'The Troubles' and the history of Ireland. We did the Titanic Museum, which was incredible, as well as all the other destinations we visited.
