The cooking class with four people was fun in a beautiful location outside of Florence. Because there was no market we went to olive oil mill. We were the only ones here. Without activity there was not much to it and not much to add. Dishes that we prepare were nice but far too simple for me. Had hoped for something more than standard (pasta bolognese and tiramisu). But it was a very nice day, partly due to the group and Guiseppe.

Our Chef was wonderful. The farmers market was the best I have ever seen. The cooking school was well equipped and clean. The instructions on making pasta were very good and tasty. We had to leave a little early because of the bus schedule so we didn’t get to see the gift shop but overall a great experience.
