What people are saying about Florence

Fabulous! Isak and Carmella were amazing!

This class was one of the highlights of our stay in Florence. Isak was hysterical and very informative which is a perfect combination. Carmella sang and danced her way through the cooking class which was awesome. Oddly I now sing and dance while I am preparing my food, lol. This is a dynamo team and highly recommend taking the class for a fun filled day. The farmhouse was amazing, the scenery awe inspiring. I learned so much and have already prepared the meal at home that I learned to cook there. I would go back to Florence if for no other reason than to take 5 days of classes with them. I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this class other than take the time to indulge in this class you won’t regret it. The only small draw back is that we were not dropped off where we were picked up which was quite a way away from our hotel. Even with that I’d do it all again in a heartbeat.

Great place, amazing hosts, delicious food and lovely atmosphere.

My boyfriend and I have been in Florence before so we decided we want to do something different this time. As we both love cooking we decided to improve our skills in preparing italian food. This experience couldn’t be better and it was an excellent choice for an afternoon/evening activity! Luca, Max and Luiggi were amazing and very entertaining hosts. We were alternating between pizza and gelato peparation and had fun during every step of the process. Class was a perfect combination of theory, practical demonstration and hands on experience in preparing pizza and gelato from scratch to the perfect final product. The evening concluded with great dinner and amazing view of Florence in the evening.

This is the best cooking class's I have ever had

I really liked the cooking class, I think a big part of its charm is the teacher. In my case the teacher was called Thomas, he explained everything so well and answered all of my questions. Anther important thing I wanted to mention is that I really liked the atmosphere this class had and the teamwork that it involved. In conclusion I would reccomend this class to anyone that has some free hours to spend on Florence while also learning something interesting about cooking.

If you do one thing in Florence, do this!

Of course the allure of David, the Grand canal, all the other sculptures and museums are a must see, but if you're looking for a truely unique Tuscan experience, you must book this! Lavi, Luca, and Luigi provide a truly never before had experience overlooking a beautiful landscape. This was a phenomenal experience away from the typical tourist grind for both my wife and I, we came out of this with a renewed energy, a great memory, and perfect recipe. Thanks again!

Delightful evening cooking with great instructors

My granddaughter and I really enjoyed our night learning about Tuscan cooking. Our host the owner of Tuscan Bites and his chef were both great instructors. We met some great people also taking this class and enjoyed a great dinner. We learned a great deal and will definitely make some of the dishes from the included recipes. I highly recommend this experience.
