This was a perfect 3 hour tour for our family of 3. Our guide Rocco made it a 5 star tour from the beginning. He conveniently met us at the train stazzione even though we drove. He was early and so were we. We followed him just a few km down the road where he unloaded our wonderful, high quality e-bikes and handed us cold waters and bike backs to carry our “stuff”. Our leisurely bike tour along paved paths led us to an olive oil processing plant for a tour and tasting. Everyone had questions and we left with more knowledge of EVO then before. The true joy of the tour is biking along the roads/paths amongst all the fruit: prickly pear , figs, almonds, carob, pears. Rocco harvested each type and we tasted how we could live off the land if we were left behind. See our pictures below. Truly a first class, informative, enjoyable tour due to Rocco.

We absolutely loved Mary’s cooking class! Mary and Abele have a wonderful and beautiful home with a spectacular view! We learned a lot and loved every minute of it. We definitely recommend this class :) Benni & Lara

A very nice experience. A few tips. Taxis were not readily available in the town. Make sure you arrange in advance. Google translate is a plus if you don’t speak the language. Be prepared for a big meal.

We spent a lovely evening and Angela spoiled us with her cooking skills. We felt very comfortable. Grace!

Excellent tour with a Rocco. We learned so much and highly recommend.
