What people are saying about Everglades National Park

Captain was real nice but his agenda was not just about the customer.

Captain did a good job getting up as close as he could to birds. He was very interesting with lots of great stories. But he was real proud of his captains license talking about it quite a bit and talking smack about his other captain who worked with him and I didn’t think that was very nice. He also wanted to stop at a island to check on his turtle nests which took away time from what I had paid for. He saw another boat ran aground on oyster shells and said he was obligated to check on them. It seemed he just wanted to see how big a idiot they were. It was nice he made sure they were not in distress, but again I didn’t pay for that as part of my tour. He was a great captain because storms brewed up and it took some fancy boat work to get us back safely which he did. Overall it was a great tour, but the things I mentioned just rubbed me the wrong way a little. I would go again. Oh!! Also, the tour ticket said it included a bottle of water and lunch. I didn’t get neither.

Five people in my group and everybody enjoyed the experience.

We had a 3.5 hour boat/walk tour starting in Chokoloskee. The boat took us among the myriad islands on Gulf coast and stopped on one to examine the local shellfish and traces of original indian inhabitants. The captain was knowledgeable in local flora and fauna and even found us a spot to watch dolphins swim around the boat. A few islands had large colonies of white pelicans. The area visited is one of few remaining US areas which is totally wild and only visited by fishermen, kayakers and a few tourists in guide boats. The water is relatively shallow allowing only smaller boats with outboard motors or airboats to navigate. Chokoloskee is literally at the end of the road and has a small population and limited facilities but a clients that loves the remoteness. Its an hours drive from Naples so it is relatively easy to get to. If you want to experience the Gulf islands this is the way to do it.

Call company providing the services 2 days before about hotel pick-p

Biscayne Bay cruise the best part... Got to see the home of shakira, Alicia keys, puff daddy, David Beckham, will Smith.. The gator show in the everglades was really good. Make sure to get ear plugs from guide before the airboat ride.. and watch your head on the double decker bus tour of Miami..there are a lot of low hanging branches.. If you don't like the wildness of Miami try snorkeling at the bathtub beach reef a few hours north up by Stuart. It is awesome!

Nice mixture of activities but some repitition

The Everglades and baby alligators were amazing. A bit too much waiting round at the end though. Very nice coach. Bus trip suffered due to the busy traffic and it isn't a city that lends itself to a bus tour. The guide was charismatic and kept the energy up. Boat trip was a great way to see Miami and it was a great vibe. Good way to end an enjoyable day.

Everglades tour unsatisfactory. Other two parts are good.

Less than 30 mins on the airboat did not get to see a lot. Only a couple of birds and two crocs. It is a waste of time. Also, the tour bus came at least 40 minutes late to pick the tourists. While returning, our bus was full, and we had a party of 5. Need to go to a different bus for coming back. Question: Why sell more tickets than the bus holds.
