The event was a Girlguiding trip travelling from Glasgow. When I phoned to book tickets, I was informed I couldn't book at the weekends between 10 am and 6 pm. It was an anxious visit to travel and to then be told we couldn't enter. However, once we arrived staff were very helpful and we entered without any issues but was unsure whether to continue with the event in case were could get in

Fantastic fun!!!! Hand stamp meant we could take our time- go out, get some lunch and come back. There was loads of interactive stuff to do which kept my 10.12 and 15 year olds amused and view from roof was fantastic. Head there for 1pm to watch gun fired from castle through binoculars

A fun attraction, we spent maybe an hour exploring and then we had our camera obscura show which was great, the guy directing it was great craic and it was fairly informative. Try to go at off peak times as we were there fairly early in the morning (10 am) and yet It was still busy enough that we found we had to miss out on some of the activities due to overcrowding. I wouldn’t recommend for Anyone claustrophobic or anyone who has vertigo. Myself and my boyfriend got fake married on the way out for £2 and we got two rings and a little certificate and gave him mum a heart attack. All in all a fabulous experience
