Make the most of your visit to Dunedin, the oldest city in New Zealand, on a full-day tour. Be picked up from your central accommodation or from Port Chalmers, and begin your tour with a scenic drive of Dunedin’s city highlights. Visit New Zealand’s oldest university, the historic Dunedin Railway Station, and Baldwin Street, the steepest street in the world. Journey out onto the Otago Peninsula to explore Larnach Castle’s unique gardens where you will have the opportunity to purchase lunch. 

Follow winding gravel roads towards Portobello, visiting tidal inlets along the way. View native birds and see the stunning scenery along the rugged coastline. Take an adventurous journey through a series of tunnels for unrivaled views of the critically endangered Yellow-Eyed Penguin. See Little Blue Penguins as well as New Zealand Sea Lions and Fur Seals who come ashore regularly. Visit Taiaroa Head, where the Northern Royal Albatross can often be seen gliding around the headland. The tour concludes with your return to your accommodation or Port Chalmers around 4:15 PM.
